Ever Since GIS merged its operations with Grand Rapids Insurance Agency in 2003, Kathy has been working exclusively on Commercial accounts. She is the Commercial lines department manager and focuses primarily on managing all aspects of the agency’s largest accounts. She has her CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and her CRM (Certified Risk Manager) designations.
